ProFauna Brought a Cinema to Senior High School of SMA 7 Malang

A team from Petungsewu Wildlife Education Center (P-WEC) and , east Java, Indonesia to have a talk show about orangutan conservation. In the occasion, the team played a movie about the critically endangered wild orangutan. After finishing the movie, the team which was joined by a volunteer from the US, Savannah Jack, led a discussion with the students about orangutan and their problems.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the students and teachers of SMA 7 Malang. The principal, Ms. Asri Widiapsari S.Pd, M.Pd said that they were glad to have P-WEC and ProFauna come to their school to share knowledge and experience in wildlife conservation with the students. They hope that the visit would not be the last one
